Access to personal information (e.g. names and emails) is restricted to Karyn and John, and their son who helps to administer the website. Your personal information will never be passed onto a third party unless you have expressly asked us to do so.

Off The Steps collects no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide this information to us.
- Reservation and mailing list forms – When you submit information through our reservation or mailing list forms we ask you for personal information to help us identify you and provide our services to you. We may also use certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of people who have booked through our website for marketing purposes. Such information does not identify you individually.
- Communications – When you send email or other communications to Off The Steps, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our service.
